What’s the first thing that comes to your mind when you see me sharing exercises with you?
Is it effort?
I was hiking for the weekend and didn’t have the chance to check my e-mail. You know, I wanted to relax and take a break from the technology surrounding us.
I had some really quality time with my husband and friends.
When I came back home I checked my e-mail that was flooded with mail from all of you friends.
Thank you for that!
Most of them were about the last post with exercises I shared with you. People were telling me how they’ve made a change with it and they could even notice it within the first 2 weeks.
I’m a proud mother right now!
Almost all of them said that the exercises require effort, but it’s worth it at the end.
If you can’t put your mind and body to it, or you intend to quit after you experience a difficulty, don’t even start with these exercises.
They are really easy, but you’ll get 0 results if you are not disciplined well enough.
The source says that these exercises will give you amazing results in 3 weeks. I find it easy to believe that, but most of you will say that’s impossible.
Do you know who are the people who say something’s impossible? – The quitters.
These exercises are really simple but very effective. I tried them myself and I could’ve felt the pressure in the right area.
These exercises will kick that stubborn fat out if you do them right!
